Terms of Use

This is a private tool operated by Jay Digital for publishing its own content to its own social media accounts. It is offered as is, with no warranty, and access is limited to the operator.

Accounts are closed. Only the operator holds an account, and API keys issued by this instance are for applications the operator controls. Nobody else is granted a right to use this instance, and access attempts by others are unauthorized.

Content published through this instance belongs to whoever created it. Outpost claims no ownership of it, stores it only to carry out publishing, and shows it to nobody but the operator.

Every post published through this instance also falls under the terms of the social platform receiving it. The operator is responsible for following those terms, including rules about automation, duplicate content, disclosure, and acceptable content. This tool publishes only what the operator sends, when the operator sends it.

• No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or content that violates a receiving platform rules.
• No use of this instance to publish on behalf of anyone who has not authorized it.
• No attempt to access, probe, or interfere with this instance without authorization.

This instance is provided as is and as available. Publishing depends on social platform APIs that can change, rate limit, or fail at any time, and no guarantee is made that a post will be delivered, that scheduled posts will fire on time, or that the service will be available without interruption.

A vulnerability found in this instance can be reported to privacy@jaydigital.us. Reports are acknowledged within two business days.

Where an incident involves a connected platform, its data, or its credentials, that platform is notified within 24 hours of the operator becoming aware. Where personal information is involved, the people affected are told within 48 hours. In every case a record is kept of what happened, what was affected, and what changed.

To the extent the law allows, Jay Digital is not liable for any loss arising from use of this instance, including missed posts, failed deliveries, content published in error, or action taken by a social platform against an account.
